Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose of the Service

Buyandzip offers specialized logistics consulting services focused on optimizing digital purchasing processes and automated packaging systems for cross-border e-commerce platforms. Services include training on delivery time management, dynamic inventory management, and reducing retail distribution costs.

Accessing and using the platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part, you must refrain from using the service.

2. User Responsibilities

• — Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration and service contracting.
• — Not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• — Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• — Comply with applicable laws regarding international trade and data protection.

3. Limitations of Liability

Buyandzip shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the service. The platform is provided "as is," without guarantees of continuous availability or error-free operation.

In no event shall Buyandzip's total liability exceed the amount paid for the service in the last six months.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, educational materials, methodologies, and tools provided are the exclusive property of Buyandzip. Their reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.

5. Cancellation and Termination

The user may cancel their subscription at any time by written request to info@buyandzip.com. Buyandzip reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms.

In case of termination due to a cause attributable to the user, there will be no refund of fees paid.

6. Modifications

Buyandzip may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance via the registered email address. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo, waiving any other jurisdiction.
